Collingwood	YMCA of Collingwood is a charity that excels at strengthening our communities by providing opportunities for all to grow in spirit, mind and body.
Cornwall	VON Eastern Counties Branch develops and impliments best practices, creates innovative quality improvement initiatives and participates in health research. Through a dedicated team of professional staff and volunteers, they have built an enviable record and reputation for quality and excellence in community health care.
Elliot Lake	Bayshore Home Health provides exemplary professional nursing to goverment, insurance, and private clients. Their vision is to enhance the quality of life, independence and dignity of Canadians in their homes.
Gravenhurst	The Friends - For over 20 years, this non-profit community-based organization has provided support services for individuals with pysical disabilities and seniors across the districts of Parry Sound and Muskoka.
Kenora	New Horizons Seniors Centre provides a Centre with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for the senior members of our community where they have the opportunity to participate in recreational and social activities and have access to information and support services related to senior's issues.
Lindsay	Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes is a Home Support Agency who's mission is to provide high quailty support services that promote the ability of seniors and special needs clients to remain as independent as possible in their own communities.
Orillia	Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital is a full service community hospital committed to creating a healthier future together by providing excellence through leadership and partnership, improving quailty and expanding their range of services and providing a positive and healthy environment.
Pembroke	Pembroke Reginal Hospital is committed to delivering a wide range of quality health services while also meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all, and is home to the District Stroke Center.
Port Hope	Community Care Northumberland is a non-profit organization that provides community based home support services primarily to persons with dependencies related to aging, physical disability and to their caregivers so that the quailty of life of those who receive these services shal be maintained and enhanced.
